The Lee County Hyacinth Control District (LCHCD) is a local government agency for management of nuisance aquatic vegetation in waterways of Lee County, including the Caloosahatchee River and it’s tributaries as far upstream as the Ortona Locks.

Meeting Calendar:  The members of the Board of Commissioners for the Lee County Mosquito Control District serve as the Board for the Lee County Hyacinth Control District.  Lee County Hyacinth Control District Board meetings are held in conjunction with the Lee County Mosquito Control District Board meetings at the same time and place as the Lee County Mosquito Control District Meetings.  For meeting schedules follow this link:  http://www.lcmcd.org/calendar.php

Change of Board Meeting Date

The Lee County Hyacinth Control District will hold the monthly board meeting on August 6, 2014 at 10:00 AM. There will be a budget workshop prior to the board meeting at 8:30 AM. The District headquarters are  located at 15191 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971. This is a public meeting. For information call 239-694-2174. A copy of the agenda will be posted closer to the meeting date.
