Commissioners

The Lee County Mosquito Control District board is comprised of seven commissioners representing seven areas. The areas are divided to have an equal share of the population. Commissioners are elected, at large, in the General Election, by qualified electors residing within the District. This is a 4-year term, non-partisan office. If there should be a vacancy on the board, it would be filled by appointment, by the Governor, for the remainder of the unexpired term.
